i found the breakfast delicious and varied, with a wide range of food options , beautifully presented. the check-in time was convenient at 3pm , and check-out at midday allowed for a relaxed departure. the hotel's location was excellent , with the metro just minutes away and easy access to wine bars and restaurants.
i had booked with a free cancellation policy , but i faced an issue when i needed flexibility due to a family matter after the period ended. the management seemed unwilling to offer any assistance or rescheduling. i believe better customer service involves showing compassion in difficult situations.

The hotel location provided easy access to local restaurants and metro stations. It was very convenient! i found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel's cleanliness was evident throughout. i REALLY liked the water fountain that provided filtered still and sparkling water. It was a thoughtful touch.
the surrounding area near the hotel, while convenient for transport, lacked some aesthetic appeal, and seemed a little dull

the breakfast includes a coffee machine providing fresh coffee. while not exceptionally diverse, the breakfast options provide adequate choices. i also noticed a water fountain for filtered still and sparkling water near dining.

the staff provided a warm welcome and were eager to facilitate requests! the hotel stored luggage safely on the last day. i liked how umbrellas were available on rainy days. i ALSO appreciated that staff spoke excellent English.

i found my superior double room of high quality. the bathroom had a window; this was a nice feature. i liked the comfortable bed. i NOTICED there was NETFLIX available, so that was a PLUS.
